Aug. 26, 2008 First off, a huge thank you to the (very) small group of folks who have
sent in donations to help us keep E*SCAPES online. Though the financial response has been a lot smaller than
anticipated, many of you have emailed with well-wishes and some have even volunteered to become Mystic Staff
members to help us out. Wow! Don't think I won't be taking you all up on that!
As I said in our previous press release, we're going to be trying a few different things in order
to help our beloved podcast start pulling its weight here in the Mystic universe. One of the first changes you'll
notice is that the frequency of the podcast will be reduced to every other month until further notice.
Another important change is that past episodes of the show are now available for a small
donation. Though these donations are not tax-deductible, we hope that a small portion of our costs can
be offset by making the shows available in this manner.
Going forward, each NEW show will be available for free on our website for 30 days, or until
the next episode is released, whichever comes first. To make sure you continue to get our latest episodes for
free, subscribe to our podcast feed today.

We'll be posting our new media kit online soon for those of you who are considering
advertising within the podcast and/or on the Mystic website. Until then, any inquiries regarding ad rates and
benefits can be directed to me through our contact form.
Of course, we're still accepting donations, and those of you who wish to donate an amount of
your choice can click the DONATE button link to the left (or click
here:
Keep E*SCAPES Online!) and choose the amount you'd like to contribute. We're accepting donations via
Paypal's secure online system, which also allows you to use a credit card without having to sign up for a Paypal
account.
Those are the first of many changes you'll be seeing regarding our podcast, and we hope that soon
E*SCAPES will be able to "hold its own" with the rest of the offerings in the Mystic Metaverse!
